Cancellation Policy

Lacy Aviation Expedited Ground School Purchase Policy Welcome to Lacy Aviation's Expedited Ground School for Private Pilot's License! We are excited to embark on this journey with you towards achieving your aviation goals. Before enrolling in our program, please carefully review the following purchase policy to ensure a smooth and mutually beneficial experience: 1. Enrollment Process: To enroll in the Expidited Ground School program, prospective students must complete the online registration form available on the Lacy Aviation website or through designated enrollment channels. Upon receipt of the registration form, Lacy Aviation will review the application and notify the applicant of their acceptance into the program within a reasonable timeframe. 2. Payment: Tuition fees for the Expedited Ground School program must be paid in full at the time of enrollment unless alternative payment arrangements have been made and agreed upon by both parties. Payment methods accepted by Lacy Aviation include credit/debit cards, bank transfers, or other designated payment platforms specified by the company. In the event of payment by check, enrollment will be confirmed only upon successful clearance of the check. 3. Refund and Cancellation Policy: Refunds for the Expedited Ground School program will be granted according to the following schedule: Requests for cancellation and refund made within 7 days of enrollment will be eligible for a full refund, minus any non-refundable administrative fees. Refund requests made after 7 days of enrollment will not be honored, and tuition fees will be non-refundable. All refund requests must be submitted in writing to Lacy Aviation's administrative office and will be processed within a reasonable timeframe. Lacy Aviation reserves the right to cancel the Expedited Ground School program in exceptional circumstances, in which case enrolled students will be entitled to a full refund of their tuition fees. 4. Course Materials: Upon enrollment, students will receive access to all necessary course materials, including textbooks, online resources, and any other relevant materials specified in the program syllabus. Course materials provided by Lacy Aviation are for personal use only and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without explicit permission from the company.
